Your badge and colors appear from the login screen onward on the Academy plan — no other academy's branding ever shows through.
Yes — setup typically takes 3–7 days. No IT project, no formal data migration required.
A player's data stays private to the academy that created it, governed by the same access controls throughout. Film and companion history are deleted within 30 days of a parent's request and within 90 days of a player leaving the academy — the full retention schedule is in our Privacy Policy.
A young player's profile lives inside their parent's account, nothing about a player is ever public, and the tables holding minors' data deny access by default. See our Promises page for the full picture.
