A coach sees the players on their teams. Not the whole academy’s children, and never another academy’s.

The player opens Kova to themselves: their schedule, their clips, the feedback a coach left, their development card, and what to work on next.

What they can see
A player sees their own record. They cannot browse other children, and there is no leaderboard ranking them against teammates.
Parent portal
Stays close without chasing
The parent opens Kova to their child: the schedule, the clips, what the coach said, how development is going, and what is owed. Multiple children switch with one tap.

What they can see
A parent sees their own children. Younger children’s accounts are fully observable; independent teens keep private conversations, with visibility controls that are explicit, never silent.
Kiosk portal
Takes attendance at the door
A shared tablet at the gate, running one screen and nothing else: players check themselves in with a PIN, and the register writes itself.
What they do

What they can see
The kiosk does one job. It is not a way into the academy’s data — it takes attendance and nothing more.
